Bitstream Inc. (NASDAQ: BITS) announced today it has selected location-aware mobile search expert, xAD (www.xad.com), as its local search partner for the award winning BOLT mobile browser. Through this partnership, locally relevant user searches from within BOLT will now be provided with xAD results, specific to the user’s location search terms.

BOLT users don’t have to do a thing to start benefiting from the enhanced local search results provided through xAD. As a Project Manager working at the Bitstream India Pvt Ltd group you will manage a small team of engineers and web standards experts. You will provide guidance and ensure good engineering, quality, and support processes are followed. You will work closely with the BOLT group at Bitstream’s headquarters in the U.S. to determine tasks and schedules and devise solutions for customers. You will track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for the team’s performance reviews, as well as hiring.

·         Creating business processes with respect to R&D functions and project management

·         Training and guiding R&D team on processes and quality assurance tools and processes.
