Main Job Functions:
We are currently hiring for the position of Senior UX Design Engineer . Based out  of our R&D center in Noida,  India, this role will have the following job  functions:
 ·      Responsible for creating and enhancing BOLT user interface design and user experience in accordance with BOLT brand tone and identity.
·      Responsible for providing a harmonized user experience across BOLT product portfolio
·      Manage and lead all user interface , usability testing and user experience initiatives.
·      Must demonstrate solid understanding of user centered design process with hands-on experience in design and usability testing of mobile applications UI on J2ME/BREW platforms. Blackberry, Android and Smartphone UI experience a plus. 
·      Perform user testing and create reusable design patterns  across a portfolio of products.
·      Ability to innovate and produce quick UI prototypes. Knowledge of some form of UI prototyping software is a must.
·      Own the quality of the final products end-to-end user experience

Level of experience:

·      Have a solid understanding of mobile applications and technologies.
·      6-8  years of experience designing consumer focused mobile client application UI on feature phones and smartphones.
·      At least 2 years of Mobile UX experience.
·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as a willingness to learn on the job.
·      Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical to the role as the individual will need to articulate design reasoning to engineers and  other UI designers  


Qualifications:
·      Bachelors degree  in computer science or equivalent required. Masters is a plus.
·      Specialization in  visual arts, graphic design, mobile user interface research or other areas related to mobile UI design will be a huge plus.
