• BOLT- is the world's fastest web browser for the mobile phones. This product provides a familiar desktop browsing experience on the mobile. You would be working on web standards for the world's leading and fastest web browser.
• Pageflex - The Pageflex product line is the technology of choice for variable publishing. Pageflex offers unparalleled design capability with its patented flex technology.
• Font Development - We develop state of the art fonts with all complexities for embedded systems.

Job Description-

Join our top-notch team developing the sophisticated industry-leading Pageflex product suite. Our diverse customer base uses Pageflex applications to build and deploy attractive Web-to-print sites for their users to customize and print documents from postcards to travel brochures to personalized college catalogs and photo books. 
Work in multiple technologies across the product line, including the “Storefront” customizable e-commerce web site (ASP.NET and C#) where users pick a full-color template, modify it directly, and place print orders, “Campaign Manager” where marketing service providers drive multi-touch print, e-mail, and microsite campaigns using a web portal, and the document customization server (C# and C++) which composes output dynamically on a fully scalable server farm.

As the Pageflex Development Manager working at the Bitstream India Pvt Ltd group you will lead a small team of engineers, testers, technical support specialists, and web and print design professionals. You will provide architectural and technical guidance and ensure good engineering, quality, and support processes are followed. You will work closely with the Pageflex group at Bitstream’s headquarters in the U.S. to determine tasks and schedules and devise solutions for customers. You will track project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for the team’s performance reviews, as well as hiring.

Desired Profile -

* At least 4 years experience as a Development Manager supervising engineering and testing teams. At least 3 years in the Software Engineering field.

* Proven track record in a leadership role involving software engineering and testing

* Experience in team-building and project management

* Excellent knowledge of OOP, C++ and C#.

* Good knowledge of SQL Server

* Ability to work in a multi-programming language environment (our products make use of C++, C#, Java, ASP.NET, COM, MFC, Flash, and various scripting languages)

* Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 and XP/Vista operating systems, including IIS, networking, databases and client-server enterprise system issues

* Ability to ship products on schedule

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
